silverScreen applications now open

Screen Tasmania's successful professional development initiative, silverScreen is back, and applications are now open.

silverScreen is available to Tasmanian directors, writers and producers who have had some credits and who are committed to advancing their career in the screen industry.

A maximum of three places are offered each year and the selection process is highly competitive. Recipients can select interstate courses at reputable institutions.

A silverScreen director will get a 12 month membership of the Australian Directors Guild and attend their national conference.

A silverScreen producer receives a 12 month membership of the Screen Producers Association of Australia and go to their national conference.

A silverScreen writer will have a 12 month membership of the Australian Writers Guild.

3). Complete the application form.

Applications close Tuesday, 27 May 2014.
