Screen Tasmania is part of the Creative Industries, Sport and Visitor Economy division of the Department of State Growth.
We are made up of:

The Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery and Tasmanian Institute of Sport are also supported by the division.
We provide grants and equity investments in the development and production of Tasmanian screen projects including short films, drama, documentaries, feature films, television series, video games and digital media, and provides direct support in the form of industry and professional development.
Under the Cultural and Creative Industries Act 2017 Arts Tasmania and Screen Tasmania’s funding assessment panel are drawn from the Cultural Creative Industries Expert Register.
If you are looking for funding support, please read the General Guidelines and Terms of Trade documents to help you determine if you and your project are eligible, as this should also address a number of common questions.
